Blair has been trained and completed his sports massage course in addition to his silicon cupping and taping courses. His main focus is athlete care pre and post event and he includes cupping in most, if not all, of his massage sessions.

Jeanine can include Cranial Sacral, Lymphatic Drainage, and visceral manipulation modalities within your massage treatment time upon request. Whether your at week one or forty, Jeanine also enjoys providing pregnancy massage to those who are expecting!

Talia focuses on trigger point therapy within her therapeutic massage approach and enjoys working neck, shoulders and back to bring headache and myofascial relief. She's always working on developing new skills to better help her clients and will be offering cupping and hot stones in with her treatments starting February 2025.

Davilyn is a holistic practioner specializing in integrative therapies for chronic pain management, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Her approach blends reflexology, herbal therapies, and therapeutic touch through Indian Head Massage and grounding techniques. Each signature session is carefully structured to support nervous system reset, and focuses on the specifics of what your body needs to kickstart and maintain your own natural healing processes. She loves working with all ages and can adapt any session to exactly what you need.

Two therapists not included in this booking system are Sofiya (RMT) and Dr. Teresa Lei (chiropractor). Please contact the clinic to find out how to book with them directly.

We also provide infrared sauna sessions as an added health benefit. Please contact your therapist to book a post massage sauna session for an additional $10 or subscribe to our monthly unlimited ($105/month including GST) or our 8 punch pass session ($120 no expiration including GST). First time clients must phone in to book with a practitioner before their first appointment to receive orientation otherwise your appointment may be cancelled.
